The Province of British Columbia has stated that, beginning on July 1st, 2021 there will be “No capacity limits or restrictions on religious gatherings and worship services” and “The mask mandate order under the Emergency Program Act will be lifted on July 1 and no proof of vaccination will be needed.”
Now that restrictions on the size of congregations in churches have been removed by provincial health authorities, the Dispensation from the obligation to attend Mass on Sundays has ended. Now we should all once again gather to worship God through the highest prayer, the Holy Mass.

“My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament of the altar. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart … I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You.”
Pope Francis prayed March 21 in his televised daily Mass from his residence in Vatican City.
O! Almighty God, Our Loving Father, full of mercy and goodness, you have revealed yourself through your Son, Jesus, Our Lord and Saviour, who saved us from sin and punishment.
Jesus, you are the Saviour of the World. You have called us to be witnesses of your love and mercy to all nations. You have saved us through your birth, death and resurrection. You have given us your Mother, Mary, as an example of obedience.
Merciful Lord, we are in fear and uncertainty with Corona virus Pandemic all over the world. We had gone far away from you. But now, we come before you with unworthiness, seeking forgiveness and mercy like the prodigal son, so that you will forgive us, protect us and heal us.
On behalf of the whole world, we beg you, have mercy on us.
Our Lady of Aparecida, Mary our Mother, there is nothing impossible before you. Intercede for us, for the healing and protection of your Son, Jesus, Our Lord and Saviour. Amen.
